QUICK ANSWER
The developer lists house, apartment, office, brush and car fires plus airport plane crashes. NoobBlox's guide also describes a cat-in-a-tree rescue. Update 2 announces EMS-related calls and car accidents; those announcements are kept separate from the already described fire-call loop.

Avoid working the wrong incident
Attaching reveals a call's location in the PC guides. Match the location and objective you selected before counting a report or rescue as yours. A fresh call appearing while you are busy is a different incident.
Fire, rescue and containment feedback answer different parts of a scene. Use the remaining objective to choose the next action. When there are no active calls, return to the station and wait as the guides describe.
Weather and time
Lightning storms, rain, day and night are advertised by the developer. Their exact effects on spawn rates, scoring and visibility are not quantified in the reviewed material.
