Choose the vehicle for the call you can work.

QUICK ANSWER

For a first fire call, Ricoko recommends the fire engine because its hose connects to the truck. The official description advertises 20+ vehicles across engines, ladder towers, tankers, brush trucks, rescue ambulances and chief cars. Exact model prices and XP thresholds should be read in your current spawner.

A practical first choice

Start with an engine your station lets you spawn. Ricoko uses it for the hose-and-rescue house-fire loop. That makes it a useful starting recommendation grounded in a described call rather than a claim that it is the fastest or highest-scoring truck.

NoobBlox describes a faster car for the bushfire example and says the choice depends on the job. Vehicle speed, hose availability and your current unlocks can matter differently. Neither guide supplies a measured all-model comparison, so this page does not invent an S-to-D ranking.

Six officially named categories

CategoryHow to use this reference
EnginesStarting hose-and-fire-call choice used in Ricoko's guide.
Ladder towersAn advertised category; inspect the current vehicle's ladder controls and available tasks.
TankersAn advertised category; tank capacity and refilling rules are not established here.
Brush trucksAn advertised category to inspect for outdoor-call loadouts.
Rescue ambulancesAn advertised category; Update 2 separately announces EMS-related calls.
Chief carsAn advertised category; no automatic XP or grade bonus is established.

Read an unlock before you plan for it

  1. Check your current XP and spawner

NoobBlox describes earning XP to unlock more vehicles. Read the exact target shown for the vehicle on your own account; this is more useful than borrowing an unverified threshold.

  2. Read the displayed requirement

Keep XP, badge, login-streak and purchase requirements separate if the menu presents them. Do not assume every locked vehicle uses the same unlock method.

  3. Return after earning the requirement

Check whether the spawner now allows the model to be selected. A badge awarded for calls is not itself proof that a particular truck is available.

What “20+” means here

It is the developer's published vehicle count, not a roster independently counted by this site. The six rows above are vehicle categories, not six individual truck models.
