Firefighting Sim Ranks & XP Progression
Work the call well, then read the XP you actually earned.

QUICK ANSWER
The developer describes progression from Recruit to Fire Chief. NoobBlox connects call performance with XP and vehicle unlocks, recommending quick response and focused water use. Exact rank thresholds, XP per rescue and a proven fastest farming route are not established here.
Improve a repeatable call
Respond to a call you can reach and work
Attach to the current incident and follow its location. NoobBlox notes that other players can finish a scene before you arrive, so an old location is not a reliable earning loop.
Complete the remaining jobs
Handle the fire and any victim objectives. Focus on the burning surface instead of spraying everywhere; the guide links water efficiency with performance.
Read your own result
Inspect the matched call's performance and XP feedback. NoobBlox describes better performance producing more or less XP, but does not supply exact weighting or a guaranteed amount.
Check the next unlock
Return to the spawner or progression interface and read the next displayed requirement. Vehicle XP unlocks and badge milestones are separate progression records.
Supported rank references
| Rank | Source / scope |
|---|---|
| Recruit | Officially described starting end of the rank progression. |
| Lieutenant | Radex Tips reports the Bars achievement for reaching this rank. |
| Captain | Radex Tips reports Company Officer for reaching this rank. |
| Battalion Chief | Radex Tips reports Bugles for reaching this rank. |
| Fire Chief | Officially described upper end of the rank progression. |
This is not a complete threshold chart
The rows identify rank names supported by the available sources. They do not establish the full order, every intermediate rank or the XP cost of each promotion. A player's comment mentioning Fire Marshal and almost 200,000 XP is a personal report, not an official threshold.
No reviewed source provides enough measured call rewards and durations to rank the fastest XP method. Use the described performance tips as guidance and compare the results in your own sessions; do not treat a video's “XP FAST” title as a verified rate.
Your next useful target
For calls and rescues, use the seven officially published badge milestones. For a vehicle or rank, use the requirement visible in your current progression interface. A badge count is not an XP formula.
