Paramedic: specialist medical response
The 799-Robux listing includes the Medic Ambulance, Paramedic SUV, locked Paramedic Kit and cardiac monitor. The kit names IV, aspirin, a 12-lead ECG and a stroke check; the pass also lists paramedic-only chest-pain, stroke and diabetic-emergency calls. Choose it for this specialist role rather than helicopter flight or station command.
Helicopter: air rescue
The 1,299-Robux listing unlocks the EC135 Air Rescue helicopter. It describes flying to calls, helipad landings, lowering the crew by rope and transporting patients. Choose it for the advertised air-rescue vehicle; no measured speed advantage or requirement to buy Paramedic as well is established by this listing.
Fire Chief: station command
The 1,999-Robux listing includes the Chief’s Car, calling in incidents, server announcements, PA use and appointing a Deputy Chief. It also puts your name on the station poster and office nameplate. Choose it for command and roleplay features; the listing does not promise a developer/admin account or an XP multiplier.

Is Helicopter PC only?

Paid Chief command and career XP

Do I need the Paramedic pass for the Medic Ambulance and Paramedic SUV?
Those two named vehicles are advertised Paramedic-pass benefits. Sonny also tells the player asking about the paramedic vehicle that it requires the pass.
